After School Program

Offered for students in grades K-8 at all Valor campuses, Valor’s After School Program supports families with pick up options beyond the school day. The program runs from when school finishes until 6:00 p.m. on all school days, including early release days.

Each day includes the following components:

Enrichment Activities

Our After School Program coordinators are committed to engaging our Valor students with enriching activities that foster wonder and deepen friendships.

Outdoor Time

Time spent outdoors is an essential part of educating the whole person, and our After School Program has dedicated time for students to play outdoors daily.

Homework Completion

Our After School Program coordinators assist students with homework as needed so they can complete their homework assignments before heading home.

How to Register

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is open now!

STEP ONE:

Pay the annual Family Registration Fee.
Make this one-time payment (once per family for each program) and hold your spot* for the upcoming school year.

STEP TWO:

A Valor representative will contact you with further instructions. Once contacted, select your program option and set up the monthly payment plan for each child registered. Monthly payments will begin once your child begins participating in the after school program. The links to set up monthly payments will be available on this page prior to the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

*The after-school program is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program reaches capacity at any campus, the program at that campus will begin a waitlist and close registrations.

Program Options and Pricing

Choose one of four program options that fit your schedule and your budget:

Option A — 5 days per week until 6:00 pm ($325/month)

Option B — 5 days per week until 5:00 pm ($295/month)

Option C — 3 days per week until 6:00 pm ($260/month)

Option D — Fridays ONLY until 6:00 pm ($180/month)

Families who qualify for the free and reduced meals program are eligible for a 50-67.8% discount.

FAQs

  • An annual non-refundable Family Registration Fee is required when registering for our after school programs. This a one time per year fee. The registration fee and payment for the first month are both due on or before the student’s first day in the program.

  • Monthly payments will begin once your child begins participating in the after school program.

  • While the number of school days varies by month from August to May, the monthly fee remains consistent each month to assist families in planning. We are not able to prorate for mid-month enrollment.

  • Yes, parents can choose the three days that work best for their schedule by contacting their campus After School Program coordinator directly.
